THE EXODUS
For the next two weeks, Lex Rex, the writer for the INVISIBLE HAND . . . will be serving its readers on location in the Middle East, primarily Egypt and Jordan. How frequent the blogs will be posted and how relevant?, our out of my control, hopefully I can continue on a daily basis, however, in the middle of this journey will be 4 days in the Sinai dessert hiking with Bedouins. The purpose of the trip is to follow the footsteps of Moses and the Exodus. I am accompanied by my first-born son, who is 16 years old. If it is like the last major trip I did with my oldest son which was back in 2003 to Israel during the Second Intifada, this will be a fun-filled trip, with unexpected turns.

I could present more, but as you can see, there is always news in the middle-east, and our trip like the one during the Second Intifada will probably bring about a stuck car in the desert, blisters on our feet, cold and icy climb to the top of Jabal Moses (Mount of Moses or Mount Sinai) and nothing more, but whatever it brings I will try my best to relay relevant analysis with a little humor, unless the internet is dead. As Moses said to Pharaoh, "LET MY PEOPLE GO."
