Here's a photo they managed to snag of Mr. Gold Medal Michael Phelps hitting a bong at the University of South Carolina back in November during a down time in the swim season when he wasn't going to be drug tested. FIRST BARACK OBAMA admits to inhaling frequently, then Barack Obama's half-bro George Obama inhales, and now USA's shining Olympic Star Michael Phelps inhales. Obama's influence runs deep, Please God, save the USA.
